RES Forum Member Survey - Incentives to Return to Work

Dear All,

As organizations explore how and when to bring employees back to the office, some companies are facing push-back from their staff. While there are many people eager to return to the workplace on a regular basis, others acclimated to the Work from Home and Work from Anywhere environments and are resistant to even a hybrid approach. Some employees who moved away from their place of work during the pandemic are now questioning the expense to relocate if required to return to the office, and there is some concern high levels of resignations may result.

The RES Forum is surveying companies to verify the resistance, and what – if anything – companies are doing to incentivize or support employee return back to the office.
