Parsons Green Booked Clinic Patient Feedback Survey

Following the closure of Parsons Green Walk-in Centre in March due to Coronavirus, Hammersmith and Fulham Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) sought to reinstate a service which was safe for patients and staff.

On 26 October 2020, the CCG launched Parsons Green Booked Clinic, providing a service that offers booked face-to-face and virtual appointments for Hammersmith and Fulham registered patients.

Patients are referred to the service via a primary care triage, which could include digital consultations via E-Consult.
