NATPC Awards - Healthcare Provider of the Year 2017 |
This award is designed to showcase the work of organisations that have come together to provide healthcare services that have brought measurable benefits to the patient population being served. It is open to NHS Primary Care Provider Organisations, GP Federations and Locality Groups.
In order to enter the competition, this form must be completed and submitted by Friday September 1st.
The deserving winner will be announced at a glitzy, Black-Tie Gala Dinner at the National Motorcycle Museum in Birmingham on Wednesday 18th October.
