Joy became an RVN in early 2019 after making the move into veterinary industry from the charity sector in 2014. She is currently the Cat Advocate at an accredited Cat Friendly Clinic in North Wales and her interests include feline nursing and behaviour, anaesthesia and analgesia, surgical nursing/Schedule 3 and senior pet care.  Joy also has a BSc (Hons) in Bioveterinary Science from Harper Adams University, during which she qualified as a Registered Animal Medicines Advisor (RAMA).
