Thank you for taking part in this survey. The survey has been developed by Autism Network Scotland who are responsible for collecting and analysing the responses. The results of the survey will be sent to Shetland Community Health and Social Care Partnership to help inform the development of our local adult autism diagnostic pathway.

If any personally identifying information is entered, it will be removed by Autism Network Scotland before the results are sent to Shetland.
