Best Consumer Broadband Award

For the ISP which provides the best broadband service for consumers under 24mbps.

This form must be submitted by 25th March 2016.

Judging criteria:

Technical testing will be used to determine the shortlist, with this information, the below questions and ISPAs' judge's industry knowledge determining the winner.

•Price and value for money
•Time from order to delivery
•Contract options
•Geographical availability and accessibility
•Packages information
•Value added services
•The level of cap on the entrants’ broadband service
•Fair usage and traffic management policies
•Variety and scope of packages
•Value added services consumer/business (hotspot locator)
•Use of technology
•IPv6 capability

Bearing in mind the judging criteria, entrants are required to answer the following questions using no more than 200 words per section. Please include any evidence within the given word limit.

ISPA judges may ask ISPA Secretariat to contact entrants to clarify any information given in the application.

The deadline for completion of this form is 25th March 2016. Forms submitted after this date will not be accepted.
