Deutsch Amerikaner 6.3% American Weisse Beer

Here at Quaff, we have decided to launch our own series of beers, brewed by our award-winning brewer and member of staff Dan. Dan has been home-brewing for over 3 years and has picking up  accolades along the way (2015 & 2016 Snowdrop Inn supreme champion) . He is a qualified winemaker (having recently graduated from Plumpton College). We will release a series of beers and with your feedback, hone and refine the beers so we can deliver the perfect pint! We would really appreciate your time in filling out the survey to help us choose a name and feedback on our very first beer!

The first beer in the pilot series is the Deutsch Amerikaner. It's a combination on traditional German Wiesse bier flavors (Clove, Bannana, Bubblegum, Lime and Orange) with US Hops Summit and Cascade (Grapefruit, Lime, Orange and Spice). The brewing process includes additions of crushed coriander seed and dried orange peel to the final stages of the brewing process, these add punchy fruity tones.
