Please provide feedback on your experience of the Art AI Festival installation ELVIS.  Providing feedback is entirely voluntary. Completing the survey will take appx 5 minutes.

Through feedback provided, we hope to better understand the following:
• Engagement and experiences with the festival installations and activities as a participant
• Understanding of applications of artificial intelligence and creative practices
• How the Art AI Festival should be developed in future

The Festival explores the roles of artificial intelligence through creative practices. The findings from your feedback will be used both in research and publications in relation to the impact and potentials of creative AI and in development of the Festival in future.

The information you provide is confidential, except that anonymized quotes may be used. Information you provide will be treated only as a source of background information, alongside literature-based research and interviews with others.

No personal identifying information will appear in any publications resulting from the feedback you provide.
