Greater Manchester (GM) Cancer is the Cancer Programme of Greater Manchester’s devolved health and social care system.  GM Cancer covers the whole of Greater Manchester as well as Eastern Cheshire, a population of over 3 million people.  GM Cancer has a broad focus, from prevention and early diagnosis to living with and beyond cancer and end of life care.
At GM Cancer we are committed to improving care for all our patients. To make sure this happens we would like to ask patients who have used cancer services across Greater Manchester during the pandemic about their experiences.

 We would like to ask about how your experience of accessing psychological / well-being / mental health support services as part of your cancer treatment / recovery during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The questionnaire should take approx. 5 minutes to complete.

Although we would very much appreciate your help, completion of this questionnaire is voluntary.  The information you provide will remain confidential and the questionnaire is anonymous.  If you decide not to complete the questionnaire, this will not affect the care you receive from the NHS in any way.
