This consultation is to advise Creative & Cultural Skills in Wales on the need for apprenticeships within the cultural heritage sector to inform a potential application into Heritage Lottery Fund for an apprenticeship programme.
What is an apprenticeship?
An apprenticeship is a job with a training element. Apprentices work with an employer for a year or more, learning how to do a job by doing it. Apprenticeships involve a young person (usually 16-24), an employer and a training provider.
