We’d really appreciate your input to helping us improve our services for our older patients. 

Our recent inspection by our regulator, the Care Quality Commission (CQC) rated us “good” in all areas - and we want to build on this further. In conjunction with our Patient Group, we are running the following survey to gauge current views on the services we provide for our older patients - and to give you an opportunity to tell us where you think we could improve - from YOUR point of view.
