A set of modules has been designed to support Private Providers of Covid-19 Sample Collection to make the transition from Stage 2 Appraisal to Stage 3 Accreditation. It is designed to be used alongside the Provider Assessment Tool (PAT). In order to gain access please complete the following survey questions – detailing all personnel who you wish to have access to the modules. Please note, there is no limit to this. This will provide us with contact information to enable you and your staff to be registered.
