Hello! Welcome to the HOME Slough Audience Survey.

You've been asked to complete this survey because you have participated in one of the HOME Slough events recently, and we would really value your feedback. In addition to your views, we would like to collect some personal details to help us find out about the people who answer the survey. The data will help us plan new programmes and have a better understanding of the community.

Your data
Any personal data (such as postcodes) will only be shared with the team at HOME Slough and the research team at RMR. It will not be used for any other purpose than to inform programming help us find out more about where our audiences are from. All full data responses will be fully confidential and securely stored. After analysis, all personal data and full data responses will be deleted forever.  The survey will be open until 31 July 2022 at which point it will close or this date will be reviewed.
