Welcome to the Games Community Manager Apprenticeship Survey

This survey is brought to you by NextGen Skills Academy who are working with UK games industry employers to develop Apprenticeships for games.

For further information on games industry related Apprenticeships, the employers involved in developing them, or NextGen, please contact Marcia Deakin, Games Partnership Director, NextGen Skills Academy marcia.deakin@nextgenskillsacademy.com

Please respond to this survey by 31st August in order for your views and support to be taken into consideration.

The Apprenticeship Standard currently under development is: Games Community Manager.  Please read the draft Standard document found in the link below in question 1 of the survey before you start.

This document aims to represent an industry-wide standard of skill to be achieved on completion of the apprenticeship which at level 4 should be equivalent to a foundation degree.

It outlines the occupational profile of a Games Community Mangager, what they do and how they fit into the wider UK games industry.  Listed underneath are 12 duties that  reflect their key day to day activities.  Alongside each duty are the knowledge, skills and behaviour the apprentice is required to have.

Thank you in advance for taking the time to complete this survey.
