We are conducting this research to understand what services and information systems are working well, and what are not working well for services users (families with children with additional needs and/or a disability in the 0-5 years age group) within Cheshire East.
With the data from this study we will plan our sessions and services moving forward.
We do not ask for any personal data such as names and addresses.
