Our When2Travel tool is currently under trial. It uses historic data on passenger numbers to predict which buses may be quieter and which may be busier. This helps you to plan your journeys for quieter times, and helps with social distancing to keep everyone safe during the Covid-19 pandemic.
We would like to get your feedback on how it works for you. Your feedback will help us decide if we continue to make this tool available for passengers to use. Please provide feedback on a journey that has already been taken where you used the When2Travel tool to plan that journey.
