The Brief

We are undertaking a mapping exercise of existing mental health service provision for Black Asian and Minority Ethnic communities living and working in the Black Country region.  This will be followed by:

  • Developing a report on the findings and identify any gaps in service provision detailing any recommendations to improve service provision

  • Producing a directory of services of tailored mental health service provision and support on offer for Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic staff working in the region and their families.
We would appreciate your support to help us achieve this project by completing this survey and providing information regarding your services to Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic service users and their families.  It will really help in assessing gaps and providing information to Black Country and West Birmingham STP Healthier Futures who can establish future needs.

Thank you for taking the time to complete this.
