Why am I being asked to fill in this survey?
We'd like to know more about the mental health and emotional wellbeing of young people in Suffolk, and the support and services available for them. Schools and colleges across Suffolk are taking part in this survey
What will happen once I've completed the questionnaire?
We’ll combine all the responses and write a report. The information will be used to support young people to live a healthy, safe and happy lifestyle and to improve mental health services for young people in Suffolk.
Will my information be kept confidential?
All of your answers will be kept safe and anonymous. This means that no one will know your responses, not even your teachers or parents. If your school or college is concerned that you or someone else is not safe, then they might seek to identify you so they can help.
How long will the questionnaire take?
The survey contains questions and a selection of five short videos which you can choose to watch. The questions take 20-25 minutes to answer. If you decide to watch all of the videos, this will add a further 12 minutes.
If at any point you feel upset, worried or anxious either about your mental health or about your taking part in this survey, please feel free to stop and tell a member of staff. If you would prefer to talk to someone else, you can call Healthwatch Suffolk for a private conversation on 01449 703949 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
