Young Pharmacy Heroes – COVID-19
We at Community Pharmacy Surrey and Sussex are collating stories and experiences from young pharmacy
Please share with us your experience of being a young (18 – 25) pharmacist or young pharmacy support, or young volunteer or young carer working during this crisis. This may include examples of where you have gone above and beyond to help your patients or your community, or where your pharmacy team have gone above and beyond to help you!
Submissions will be collated to provide a real life record from pharmacy heroes on the frontline in Surrey and Sussex.
Excerpts of stories will be published to our website, and maybe those of our professional partners.
This survey asks for some personal data (your name). The information is being collected to help authenticate the story and experience being shared.
This personal data will only be associated with the comments you provide. We will not share your data or story with any third party without consent.
Excerpts of your story may be posted to our Pharmacy Heroes web page on our website [communitypharmacyss.co.uk]. Excerpts of stories (without names) may also be used on social media.
