About INCA's 2016 survey

INCA is developing a campaign - Gigabit Britain - that will call on government to adopt a more ambitious digital infrastructure policy, including a target for nationwide FTTP deployment, complemented by wireless, by a certain date (tbc). We plan to complete the white paper which forms the basis of the campaign by July.

As well as making the case for fibre, we will need to discuss what percentage of that target we think the altnets can realistically deliver both in today's policy/regulatory/market environment, and in an ideal policy/regulatory/market environment. We will also be setting out a number of recommendations for government and Ofcom to help achieve this ideal environment.

We need your help to arrive at those recommendations and figures. This survey is an update of the INCA Survey July 2015, with some additional Gigabit Britain specific questions.

The survey will take about 5 minutes to complete. We'd appreciate replies by 17th June 2016. Thanks for your help!
