Non-Clinical Star/s Award Nomination
This award is all about recognising the excellent work our non-clinical staff do behind the scenes to support our front line services. This could be anyone from our maintenance staff to admin services and IT technicians, to individuals or teams in corporate services such as HR and finance. The award recognises colleagues or teams who have excelled in their role and delivered high quality services that ultimately support our clinical services to provide better care. The colleague or team will have shown dedication and commitment to improving quality.
The judging panel will be looking for evidence in the following areas:
How the individual or team has consistently had a positive impact on our services.
How the individual or team has shown commitment to finding better ways of doing things.
How the individual or team makes a unique contribution to their colleagues and the service.
How the individual or team always provides high levels of support to their colleagues.
How the individual or team regularly exhibits a willingness to go above and beyond in providing the best possible service.
