This award is for a team (clinical or non-clinical, at all levels and from all areas of the Trust) who have worked together, using the talents of all their members, live the Trust’s values in order to improve the lives of colleagues and service users. This team consistently makes a great impact and delivers exceptional results. They are committed to partnership working and consult, listen to and involve others so that the best way forward is found and acted on.
