1. General questions

We want to ask you about your recruitment processes for new staff, the specific competencies and aptitudes you seek, and how you seek to integrate new members of staff within the workforce. The questions are divided into four sections, and we estimate overall it will take you about ten minutes to complete. All data will be treated in complete confidence and no identification of the individual or organisation providing the information will be possible.

This study is being carried out by a member of staff and a student from Kingston’s MA Publishing course, as part of her dissertation, and we believe the research will make an important contribution to understanding thepublishing sector.
