In the wake of #metoo, gender pay gap reporting and alarming statistics showing that the number of women in leadership positions in Britain’s biggest companies has actually fallen*, it’s clear that something has to change.

The great news is that many organisations are paving the way for women to move into leadership roles; the bad news is that women still don’t seem ready to make the leap. Research shows that they are still held back by low self-confidence, lack of female role models and ingrained self-doubt.

PowerUp: The Guide to Unleashing Your Potential is THE book for ambitious women who aspire to leadership or simply want to receive the recognition they deserve at work. Based on a real world understanding of challenges faced by women everywhere, the book will leave readers with increased motivation and the confidence to achieve success.
