You will remember that in 2018, in advance of the report from the Kark Review of the ‘fit and proper person’s test’, we conducted a survey on Management and Regulation.

Now that the findings of the Kark Review have been published, recommending the ‘regulation of management’, to capture your views, please complete the following survey and encourage colleagues to do so too.
