HeadStart Kernow is a programme helping 10-16 year olds develop resilience and mental well-being. Your answers will help us work out the needs of local community/ youth groups, and how we can best help you to help your young people!

I am competley confident - I feel that I would be able to identify if a young person was experiencing mental health difficulties, and would know what to do to try and help them.

I know a bit and would be able to offer some direction or support to a young person - or am confident I could find out what to do.

Hmmm...feel a bit unsure that I know enough about what mental health struggles a young person might be having, and what I would do if I spotted this or a young person told me they were having difficulties.

I feel completely clueless when it comes to mental health and well-being!
