Better Communication CIC have been asked to support a review of commissioning and provision for children and young people with physiotherapy needs in your area. The survey consists of a range of multiple choice questions as well as an opportunity to share your thoughts and ideas in more detail at the end.
Your response is anonymous and will contribute to a summary of the views of physiotherapists and assistants working in your area. We want this to be an opportunity for every member of the physiotherapy team to contribute their views.
