Data Protection Statement

The responses you enter into this system will be used for the purposes of evaluating the training and learning programmes you are involved with. The responses you enter will be seen by the provider of your learning programme and possibly other parties, such as the Education and Skills Funding Agency, Ofsted and QAA that have an interest in monitoring the effectiveness of such programmes. Nowhere in the data, however, will you be identified by name.

In addition, your responses will be amalgamated with those from other respondents, to enable learning providers to benchmark themselves against one another, but only in an anonymous way that makes it impossible for anyone to identify any organisations or individual data.

Your responses will be kept for a period of up to five years to enable year on year comparisons of learning programmes to be undertaken.
