If you are a man and experiencing fertility issues we want to hear from you...

Although researchers have asked fertility patients for their opinions and experiences, none (to our knowledge) have specifically asked men how the situation has affected them. Thank you for answering this short questionnaire. We hope to share anonymised responses with other fertility professionals and to try to support men better during this difficult time.
