Green Futures is Feedback’s bespoke youth employability and green vocation scheme that creates  new 15 week Real Living Wage internship placements for local young adults aged 18-24 in food and environmental organisations. We will fund interns wages and provide training and guidance for host organisations to offer high quality placements that improving access to the sector for underrepresented young people. We are aiming to run 8 placements across 2022.

We are looking for placements that can support, educate and widen the horizons for interns ages 18-24 years in the progressive food and farming and environmental sector. The placement will be with you for 30 hours a week for 15 weeks and will need weekly supervision and timesheet meetings with their organisation line manager; as well as attend Feedback Training sessions bi weekly. We also offer mentoring for host organisations, training where needed and regular check-ins with interns.
