Eurotunnel recently made changes to their booking process for coaches.

Changes included the removal of online booking for the period 1/7/22 to 4/9/22, with a shift to booking by email (coachsales@eurotunnel.com) or by telephone.

We are undertaking this survey in order to evaluate the impact that these changes have had on coach operators.
