Parents/Carers/Guardians Survey for SENAC

As a charity dedicated to supporting the SEN community it is important to us that we listen to the experiences of our families, and in particular our children and young people. We are keen to hear about the challenges you and your children face in accessing their right to education. 
 
We are currently carrying out two online surveys, one for parents/carers and the other for children and young people. These surveys will give us invaluable insight into the needs of our families and the positive impact on children and young people when they receive the right support in school.  Your responses will be anonymous and will be analysed by an external consultant service, on our behalf.   
 
SENAC would be extremely grateful if you would take a few minutes to complete this short survey. The views of children and young people themselves are always extremely powerful. Therefore, it would be particularly helpful if you would also encourage your child(ren) to complete the survey.   
 
Please do not include any personal information in any of your responses which would identify you, a child or school.
