Access to Justice Survey

Everyone should be able to get something done about it whenever they experience an infringement of their human rights.

They should be able to access justice and hold decision makers to account. But we know this doesn’t always happen. Lots of different people face barriers to getting justice on human rights and everyday accountability.

The Consortium is keen to work with people who have experienced barriers to justice to call for change. Thanks so much for filling in this survey with your views and thoughts. If you prefer to have an individual online or telephone conversation to respond, please email lucy@hrcscotland.org

We are also holding a number of online focus groups where we will discuss the questions, again please email lucy@hrcscotland.org to find out more and register.
