West Sussex Plan

In April 2020, three Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG) across West Sussex merged to become a single West Sussex CCG. Over the past year we have been working together to respond effectively to the pandemic, enabling us to develop as a West Sussex wide health and care system. 

The time is now right to pause and take stock of what health and care should look like across West Sussex. We want to develop a health and care vision that is understood by all, with clear, ambitious outcomes underpinned by robust priorities and plans.

The West Sussex Health and Care Partnership Executive would like therefore, over the next few months, for you to help develop our health and care vision and the outcomes we expect to see for the future. We aim to do this with you virtually through Survey Monkey. 

This first one aims to test our vision and aims. We recognise you may not relate to it and that we may have missed some critical points.

Your feedback will enable us to have a more meaningful vision.  A second survey will move from vision to supporting us to set out our outcomes and how we deliver them.
