Research description
Taking into account the result of the recent referendum which has set the UK on its way towards Brexit, we aim to identify the greatest concerns for CEOs preparing to go through a secondary buyout.
This survey runs alongside a questionnaire aimed at CEOs who have already completed an SBO and focuses on the challenges they faced in the early stages post-transaction. All responses are collected anonymously. Your answers will then be collated and turned into a paper, providing useful insight to CEOs about to embark on an SBO.
As a gesture of our appreciation, everyone who completes the survey will be invited to one of our future CEO networking events, and receive a complimentary consultation on board level resource with Sam Smith, our Managing Director.
