Agile capability assessment questions

MEASURE. PRIORITISE. INTERVENE.

You've adopted an Agile approach and want to drive continuous improvements in your Agile teams, but aren't sure where an investment will have the biggest impact.

Our experienced Agile specialists have developed a unique, research-driven Agile capability assessment framework. This will help you to make rapid and measurable changes in your teams and help you to understand how teams are performing over time and relative to each other.

This 3-minute survey is the first step in our framework and gives a quick assessment of your Agile capabilities across key metrics so you can quickly determine where your biggest improvement opportunities are.

We are currently collating data to establish a benchmark and will send you a copy of your benchmarked results once a representative sample has been collected. By completing these questions you will gain an understanding of some key metrics to measure your agile capability.
