Lambeth Council are working on a project to develop a new digital tool to speed up the submission of planning applications.

We aim to design a system that reduces the number of invalid application submissions, starting with Lawful Development Certificates (LDCs). Invalid means that an application cannot proceed onto being determined due to missing information or the incorrect fee.

All information gathered in this survey will be combined, anonymised and feed into the findings of the project  You do not have to provide your personal details unless you wish to do so. All personal data will be processed using Lambeth’s Survey Monkey account and not shared outside of the council’s project team without your explicit consent. All data will be held in line with Lambeth's Privacy Policy
