Suffolk Academies Trust, as the Multi Academy Trust opening Abbeygate Sixth Form College, is required to hold a public consultation in accordance with Section 10 of the Academies Act 2010. 

The purpose of the consultation is to seek opinion from stakeholders and members of the public as to whether or not Suffolk Academies Trust should enter into a funding agreement with the Secretary of State for Education to open the new free school academy.
