Wellbeing in Retirement

Manchester Mind has been running successful wellbeing courses for people with long-term health conditions since 2014. We've now been awarded some funding to develop and deliver six-week long courses to help people pre and post retirement. We know that retirement can be a tricky time for some people so we hope our courses will help ease the transition and improve mood and motivation. We're hoping to hear from people who have already retired or are about to, about their challenges, fears and worries.
