St Leonards Festival is a free family festival on Saturday 9 July 2022, 12noon-10pm.
Food, community and selected merchandising stalls will be located in  Warrior Square Gardens 12noon-6pm.
Stall set up 8 - 11am. Take down 6 - 6.30pm
No vehicles on site at any other time

• Stallholders are responsible for taking their own rubbish off site and disposing of it responsibly.
• Completion of this form is not a guarantee that your stall will be accepted - Stalls will be selected to fit with the event and other stalls.
• Quality stalls only. Stalls must bring their own cover and must be of a smart, attractive appearance.
• No plastic or polystyrene packaging, including drinks bottles. Tin or cardboard only. No single use plastic or disposable plastic merchandise.
• Food stalls: Vegan or vegetarian food only, in line with St Leonards Festival drive towards sustainable living. No meat products.
• Food traders must provide: 1) A current hygiene certificate from their local authority with a rating of at least 3  2) Hygiene training certificates for all staff.
• Valid, current PAT certificates must be provided for all electrical items and gas safety certificates for all gas appliances.
• All stallholders will be required to provide a risk assessment inc. temporary structure safety and covid-safe measures.
• All stalls must provide current public liability insurance (£10million).
• Water is not provided. Stalls must provide their own water and means of heating it.
• No alcohol to be sold at this event.

* 7. POWER USE & WASTE
St Leonards Festival measures energy and CO2 usage to track the festival's sustainability. 

- Only 2 electrical appliances of up to 1Kw per trader (£20 per item)
- Power will be provided via 16 amp sockets.
- 13amp adapters must be provided by the trader.
- Only appropriate all-weather equipment to be used.
- Valid PAT certificates for all electrical items prior to the event.
- Valid gas-safe certificates must be provided for all gas appliances prior to the event.
