Objective of the focus group

We are at the start of a journey in developing a new Carers Support Website. To ensure we are ‘building’ the new site with our carers at the heart, we are hosting a focus group to collate their views and requirements. As staff extensively use the website too, we (the marketing team) would really appreciate your feedback too so we can factor in your needs.
