Small charities around the country carry out vital work but in many cases people are not aware of their impact. To highlight the work of small charities and the impact they make on a local, national and international level the FSI launched the FSI Small Charity Big Impact Awards. Simply fill out the below short application form and send us a high resolution photo. Entries must be submitted by 28th February 2019.

Winners will be charities who:

- Have delivered a high impact through their services and programmes in the past 24 months
- Show us there is a planning process around impact
- Demonstrate their impact internally and externally.

- I confirm that the information being submitted is accurate and I understand that any wrongful information provided will result in my charity's removal from the application process.

- I confirm that if we win an award that a charity representative will be made available to film a promotional video on a date between 15th April and 31st May 2019.
