Campaign on the Hidden Workforce

The City of London Corporation are developing a campaign to raise awareness of the hidden workforce, including cleaning, catering and domestic (CCD) staff. Aiming to highlight the issues they experience through work.

#ValueRespectProtect

There are three key messages within the campaign:

1. Value: Thank you to our key workers. Everyone should be equally valued.

2. Respect: Everyone deserves respect in the workplace. We want to stop the violence, abuse and harassment the hidden workforce experience at work.

3. Protect: Raising awareness of the lack of job security and employment rights for CCD staff.
