The Youth Assembly is starting its third year, having gone live in February 2016. The Youth Assembly gives young people the opportunity to develop their public speaking skills and debate local issues that are important to them at the Town Hall (where every meeting is held). It also gives them the opportunity to meet influential guest speakers.
The Youth Assembly is a body composed of 11-19 (or 25 with SEND provision) year olds who live, work or study in Barnet. It is run by the Barnet Council and is a sub-group of the Barnet Youth Board.
The deadline for applications is 5PM Friday 29th September 2017.
