Sewage waste pumped into the sea/lakes/rivers underneath the boats and what can be done about this

This is a questionnaire trying to find out how many boat owners or boat users have or do pump their sewage waste straight into the sea/lakes/rivers below them, instead of pumping it into a sewage processing station. This is a problem I am trying to solve with simple solutions making it easier for boat owners...
