5 News Fertility Survey, with Fertility Network UK

This survey is to be completed by men or women who are struggling to have a baby.  The results will be used in a Special Programme on Channel 5 in conjunction with Fertility Network UK during Fertility Week 29th October - 4th November.  The aim is to challenge the stigma around fertility and IVF while simultaneously raising awareness of the impact infertility can have.
