Do you know about mental health?

Who is involved?
This survey has been designed as part of a project led by a youth steering group, known as the Youth Mental Health Committee consisting of 10 young people from the Northern Ireland Youth Forum, Belfast City Council Youth Forum and youth@clc (youth advisory panel to the Children's Law Centre).
What is the purpose of this survey?
At this stage we want to get as many views of young people as possible. We need you to tell us what you think about mental health, where you get information on mental health from and if you think that information is helpful. All your views will be included in a report to influence decision makers and improve future government policies on mental health education and services for young people.

This survey is for young people living in Northern Ireland aged between 14-17.

Everything you tell us is anonymous and will be held in strictest confidence!
