NPS workload survey

Napo is conducting a survey of its NPS members as a means of evidencing how workloads have been affected since the split. Your answers will allow us to get a better understanding of the way cases are being allocated, how existing workload measurement tools fair and whether there are any disparities across the NPS regions.
