Croft Carbon College 'After-School Club' and 'Summer School Club' Survey
Introduction
Thank you for participating in this survey!
The Croft Carbon College is a Climate Challenge Funded community education project led by Leith Community Crops in Pots. It's a centre that raises environmental awareness within the community and provides accessible and engaging courses, workshops and events that encourage Leithers to take personal and collective action towards a happy, healthy, leafy Leith.
Leith Community Crops in Pots has won the Nature of Scotland Award for Nature and Youth Education and it's now currently designing a programme for children. We are looking to create an after-school club and a summer school club for children in Leith. These will have hands-on inspirational workshops designed to let children use their creativity, make the most of our outdoor, child-friendly space on Leith Links, learn about climate change and, most of all, have fun!
We know that after school times and school holidays can be tricky, trying to juggle childcare while your children just want to run in the fresh air. This could be a solution for you!
This survey is to gather your thoughts for the 'After-School Club' and 'Summer School Club', potential courses we might run, and how we might offer these. This survey is very short and will only take you a few minutes to complete. Your views will inform our final application for the Climate Challenge Fund. Thank you from all of us at Leith Community Crops in Pots!
