1/ If you need some help to fill in the application, you can sign up to one of our supported application sessions in NEWCASTLE or LEEDS. Bursaries are available for people who need support to travel to these and/or who have to make a round trip of over 40 miles.

2/ You can submit only ONE application per person.
3/ You CANNOT SAVE this form. We recommend that you prepare your answers in advance and paste them into the form.

5/ To be eligible for this scheme, you must:
a) have a great idea for a five-minute film
b) be aged 18 or over
c) NOT be in full time education
d) have made a film before (and involved in making it- not just acting in it)
e) identify as having a disability
f) live in the Film Hub North area (Cheshire / County Durham / Cumbria / Greater Manchester / Lancashire / Merseyside / Northumberland / North Lincolnshire / Tees Valley / Tyne & Wear / Yorkshire)
